What verification badges mean — and what they do not confirm.

Email verification
Email addresses are confirmed automatically at sign-up and are required to use platform features.
Manual verification
In phase 1 company and identity documents are reviewed manually by our team. We use no automated identity verification and no biometrics.
Documents and their protection
Documents submitted for verification are stored in a separate private storage area and are never published on a profile. Only authorised staff can access them.
Scope of the badge
A badge confirms only that the submitted documents were reviewed. It is not a guarantee of quality, professional licensing, insurance or solvency.
Losing verification
We remove the badge when data becomes outdated, documents prove unreliable, or the account breaches the terms.
