Terms of Service
The rules for using PACTILO as a private individual, specialist or company.
1. Operator
PACTILO is operated by SetRa-el KAMIL CIEŚLA (Indywidualna działalność gospodarcza), ul. Wronia 25, 98-355 Działoszyn, Polska, Polish tax number (NIP) 5080071038, statistical number (REGON) 386549675. Contact: billing@pactilo.eu.
2. Role of the platform
PACTILO is an intermediary that provides tools for publishing requests, submitting offers and communicating. We are not a party to any contract between customer and provider and we do not perform the services ordered by users.
3. Account and profiles
One person holds one account and may create a personal profile, a provider profile and one or more organization profiles inside it. Information must be accurate and current, and account access must not be shared.
4. Requests, offers and contracts
Scope, schedule and price are agreed solely between users. Accepting an offer on the platform selects a provider; the contract itself and its performance remain the responsibility of the two parties.
5. Payments in phase 1
PayU S.A. handles payments only for the Professional and Business plans. Customers and providers settle service payments directly. PACTILO does not hold user funds, pay providers or operate escrow.
6. Prohibited content and moderation
Unlawful, misleading or infringing content and the services listed on our prohibited services page are not allowed. Any user may submit a report; moderation may hide content, restrict or suspend an account, and the affected user may appeal.
7. Liability
We are responsible for operating the platform as required by law. We are not responsible for the quality, legality or timeliness of services provided by users, nor for the outcome of contracts concluded between them.
8. Changes, termination and governing law
We announce material changes in advance; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. You may delete your account at any time. Governing law and competent court: prawo polskie; właściwość sądu ustala się według przepisów powszechnie obowiązujących, bez ograniczania praw konsumenta wynikających z prawa jego państwa zamieszkania.
9. Feature availability
Registration is open to everyone and requires e-mail confirmation. Paid PACTILO plans are available after PayU successfully confirms payment. PACTILO currently accepts no payments or commissions for jobs between users; those settlements remain directly between the parties until a separate marketplace payment service is launched and announced.
PACTILO digital services and conclusion of the contract
PACTILO provides digital services: an account, profiles, publishing of requests and offers, messaging, and paid plans that extend platform features. A contract for a paid service is concluded when the order is successfully paid and the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Services offered by providers listed on the platform are supplied by independent users — the contract is with that provider, not with PACTILO.
Payments and payment provider
PayU S.A. (ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, Poland) handles payments only for Professional and Business plans. Available methods depend on the country and PayU configuration. All prices include applicable VAT. PACTILO stores no card data. Customers and providers settle service payments directly.
Activation and delivery time
A paid feature is activated immediately after PACTILO receives the provider's payment confirmation — usually within minutes and no later than 24 hours. Until the provider confirms the payment, the order stays pending.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a contract for digital content or services within 14 days without giving a reason, by writing to billing@pactilo.eu or to ul. Wronia 25, 98-355 Działoszyn, Polska. If the consumer asked for performance to start before that period ended, they pay for what was supplied until withdrawal. Refunds are made with the original payment method, promptly and no later than 14 days after we receive the statement.
