Terms of Service
The rules for using PACTILO as a private individual, specialist or company.
This is a draft. Legal texts require review by a qualified Polish and EU lawyer before production launch.
1. Operator

2. Role of the platform
PACTILO is an intermediary that provides tools for publishing requests, submitting offers and communicating. We are not a party to any contract between customer and provider and we do not perform the services ordered by users.
3. Account and profiles
One person holds one account and may create a personal profile, a provider profile and one or more organization profiles inside it. Information must be accurate and current, and account access must not be shared.
4. Requests, offers and contracts
Scope, schedule and price are agreed solely between users. Accepting an offer on the platform selects a provider; the contract itself and its performance remain the responsibility of the two parties.
5. Payments in phase 1
PACTILO does not process payments, hold funds, charge commission or provide payment protection or escrow. Users settle directly with each other and agree the payment method and any invoicing themselves.
6. Prohibited content and moderation
Unlawful, misleading or infringing content and the services listed on our prohibited services page are not allowed. Any user may submit a report; moderation may hide content, restrict or suspend an account, and the affected user may appeal.
7. Liability
We are responsible for operating the platform as required by law. We are not responsible for the quality, legality or timeliness of services provided by users, nor for the outcome of contracts concluded between them.
8. Changes, termination and governing law
We announce material changes in advance; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. You may delete your account at any time. Governing law and competent court: Detail to be provided by the owner.
9. Beta version
The platform operates as a closed beta: access may require an invitation, features may change, and individual test data may be removed before the production launch. Payments, commissions and paid plans are not available and will be introduced in later phases under amended terms.
