PACTILO business model
A transparent description of how the platform operates, earns revenue and uses PayU.
PACTILO is an online services marketplace connecting private individuals, specialists and companies. Users can post jobs, find providers, submit offers, agree cooperation terms, communicate and review each other across B2C, B2B, C2B and C2C relationships.
The platform serves customers looking for services and providers offering services. Accounts may belong to individuals or companies. PACTILO supplies digital marketplace tools and is not the provider of services offered by users.
Each service agreement is made directly between the customer and provider. They independently agree the scope, price, deadline, delivery method and settlement terms.
PACTILO provides a free basic plan and paid Professional and Business plans. Operator revenue comes from fees for paid plans that extend account features and visibility. The one-off free Professional trial requires no card and does not renew automatically.
Role of PayU
PayU processes only payments for paid PACTILO plans. The plan seller and payment recipient is the platform operator, SetRa-el KAMIL CIEŚLA. Once payment is confirmed, PACTILO activates the relevant plan on the user account.
PACTILO does not currently intermediate payments for services delivered by users. Customers and providers settle directly outside the platform. PACTILO does not hold customer funds, operate payment accounts, provide escrow or pay out providers.
Individuals confirm their email address. Companies may use standard features without verification and can voluntarily submit documents to receive a verified-company badge. Verification is a trust signal, not a financial service.
