Our mission
PACTILO exists to make finding the right provider — and the right job — simple, transparent and fair. Instead of splitting people into “customers” and “providers”, one account lets you order a service today and deliver one tomorrow. We start in Poland, and the architecture is built for more countries and languages from day one.
Ways to work together
Every combination of parties is supported equally.
A company delivers a service to a private individual — renovation, cleaning, a house move.
A company works with another company — IT support, office cleaning, transport, accounting.
A private individual or sole trader delivers work for a company.
Two private individuals arrange work directly — small repairs, help at home, tutoring.
How it works
- 1Create one account and choose whether you act as an individual, a provider or a company.
- 2The customer publishes a job with scope and location; contact details stay hidden.
- 3Providers submit offers with a price and a date; the customer compares them and picks one.
- 4After acceptance both sides continue in a private conversation and deliver the work step by step.
- 5When it is finished, both sides can leave a verified review tied to a real assignment.
The platform runs in Polish, English, German, Czech, French and Spanish, and every public page has its own address per language.
Private job details are visible only to the matched parties. Reports and disputes go to moderation, and only participants of a completed job can review each other.
Current status
PACTILO is open to everyone — no invitation code is required to register.
Customers and providers agree the price and settle services directly outside PACTILO. PayU processes only Professional and Business plan payments. Payments for PACTILO plans and services are handled by PayU S.A.
