Accurate information
Describe your services, experience and qualifications truthfully. Do not copy other users' text, photos or portfolios.
Respectful communication
Insults, harassment, discrimination and threats are not tolerated. Keep conversations factual and related to the work.
Honest reviews
Only the two parties of a completed assignment can review each other. Buying, pressuring for or fabricating reviews leads to removal and account restrictions.
No circumvention
Duplicate accounts, spam, phishing and moving a conversation off-platform to evade moderation are prohibited.
Consequences
Depending on severity we hide content, warn, restrict features or suspend the account. Every decision can be appealed at Detail to be provided by the owner.
